Dear Fandom, GET OVER YOURSELVES

This post contains a delayed rant about the events of various Supernatural conventions, other various conventions, Twilighters, and well... just fans in general.

I'm going to be blunt here fangurls.

The Js do not belong to you. They don't belong to anyone. They do not have to hug you in photo ops if they don't wish. They don't have to parrot your favorite lines over and over. They don't have to go to cons at all. They are doing you a favor by showing up. May I also point out that if you guys don't get your act together they might stop going.

Oh, and another thing.

J2's... you guys landed us on Fandom Wank. Again.

I'm kind of tired of us ending up on there for stupid stuff.

It's Thursday. Guess what I'm doing?

Which contains quite a few shards
thunderstorms
and bratwurst.

Tonight's episode of Supernatural has caused my heart to break into quite a few pieces. Luckily I know someone who can repair it quite easily so it won't be in that state for very long.

This is one of the weirdest things about being a fangurl. If the majority of the show is good, or was good, you can forgive anything. Route 666 might be the worst Supernatural episode ever. However, I was able to defend it for quite awhile by saying 'The car chase was cool.' and 'Cassie was emotionally tapped out. She was incapable of showing emotion. Casting did not mess up hiring that actress." It wasn't until Kripke (The series creator) apologized for the 'Racist truck episode' that I could allow myself to stop making excuses for the lousy writing.

[I will forever maintain that the orignal idea for the episode would have been awesome. A race to the death between Dean in the 67' Impala and a huge ghost car/truck. That could have been epic win.]

It's like mental CPR. It only works for a little while, though. I walked out of Indiana Jones and the Kindom of the Crystal Skull saying 'Omg that was totally awesome!' 'Yay! Indy!' 'Shia Lebuff is the bestest actor ever'. Eventually, I just got too tired and a little piece of me died.

Anyway, this week's episode was good. So I don't need to do any mental CPR. As for the actual season finale, I might need to get a defibrillator ready.
